Make a Donation Firstly, thank you! Most sincerely ... let's raise the funds needed to get this official form of mugging changed! Up until now, TCC have been funded by a few core members - from their own pockets! TCC is run by tax credit overpayment victims, so the pockets aren't that deep, either. We very recently became an unincorporated organisation, and now that the bank accounts are in place we are able to accept donations. Please note that we do not draw salaries or any form of payment, and that donations received will be used only for campaigning and the associated costs. If you would like to make a donation, no matter how small, please click on the button below. This will take you to PayPal's secure site, where you can donate using either your bank card or, if you have an account with them, through PayPal. If you prefer to send a cheque, please make your cheque payable to Tax Credit Casualties, write your address on the back, and post to:
Once again, thank you for your donation - we really do know how precious every pound is! Just in case there are any wealthy philanthropists reading this, please consider supporting Tax Credit Casualties - 8 million claims are in overpayment at any one time, forcing an estimated 16 million children into poverty. We need to fund a Judicial Review as a matter of urgency. |

Tax Credit Casualties (TCC) is a voluntary, unfunded, not for profit
organisation run by members for members. We cannot take any responsibility for
decisions made by HMRC, The Parliamentary Ombudsman, The Adjudicator, or any
other organisation, regarding claimants cases. We offer free advice on how to
dispute unfair overpayments based on our own experiences, the experiences of
other claimants and HMRC guidelines.
